For Nostia Campus, the app for school events, clubs and campus walks

These terms are an agreement between you and Nostia LLC ("Nostia", "we") about your use of Nostia Campus, the app your school or club uses for events, clubs, check-ins and campus walks. By creating an account you agree to them.
You use Nostia Campus through a school or club: creating an account needs an invite code that a school or club gave you. You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you may use it only through a school or club that has given you access, and your school is responsible for any consent your school's rules require.
Use your own name and an email address you control, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. One account per person.
There is no tolerance on Nostia Campus for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post, send or share anything that:
We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or end the accounts responsible, without notice where we think it is necessary. Every chat message and every message from a club or school can be reported from the app, and any person can be blocked; blocking hides their messages from you and yours from them straight away. Reports go to the club's officers, your school's administrators and to us, and we act on every report within 24 hours.
You keep ownership of the messages and photos you submit. You give Nostia permission to store and show them to the people they are meant for (for example, the members of a club chat) and to process them to run the service. Photos you take to check in at a walk stop or an event are used to verify that check-in and are not stored; only a fingerprint of each is kept.
Walks ask you to visit real places. Obey the law, respect private property and closed areas, watch for traffic, and use your own judgement about safety; never take risks to complete a stop. You are responsible for yourself while walking or attending an event. Location and photo checks exist to confirm attendance and are not a safety service.
Your school or club controls its own organization on Nostia Campus. Its administrators and officers can see that you are a member, the events you RSVP to and check in to, and messages you post in its club chat, and can send you messages in the app. How Nostia handles your information is set out in the Privacy Policy at nostia.io/campus/privacy/.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (You → Account and legal → Delete account) or by emailing nostiaexecutive@nostia.io. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
Nostia Campus is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Nostia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
