Help with Nostia Campus

Email nostiaexecutive@nostia.io. A person reads every message and replies, usually within one working day. Tell us which school you are with and what phone you use.
I don't have an account. Accounts start from an invite code your school or club gives you, on a poster, a flyer or in a link. In the app, tap I have an invite code, enter the code, your email and a password of at least 12 characters, then read and accept the Terms of Use.
My code doesn't work. Codes are 8 characters and never use letters that look alike (O, I, S, Z, B). Spaces and dashes are fine. A code can expire or run out of uses; ask whoever gave it to you for a new one.
I forgot my password. Email us from the address on your account and we will help you back in.
Passkeys. You can add a passkey in You → Passkeys so sign-in also asks for your fingerprint, face or screen lock. If you lose the phone that holds it, email us.
Checking in. Open the event in the Events tab when the organizer has opened check-in, and enter the six-character code shown in the room.
A walk stop won't verify. Stops are verified by being there: allow location for Nostia Campus (on Android, turn on precise location), stand inside the stop's area for the time shown, and move into the open if the app says your GPS fix is too wide.
Hold a chat message to report it (choose a reason) or to block the person who sent it. Hold a message in your inbox to report it. Reports reach the club's officers, your school and Nostia, and we review them within 24 hours. Blocked people are listed under You → Account and legal → Blocked people, where you can unblock them.
If someone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.
Club leaders run their club from the app: switch to the club with the button at the top left. School administrators manage clubs, campus events, attendance rules and their plan in the web console at org.nostia.io/console. Nothing is bought in the app.
